As of completing the Advanced Diploma of Business Administration at Raffles, it has provided me an opportunity to enhance my knowledge of the business environment, it has given me the ability to analyze business problems, collect relevant detail in order to implement situations.  Not only did this programme enhance my knowledge it will be a good stepping stone to further my studies in both local and overseas education at bachelor level.

This programme has strengthened my communication skills and let me know how people think and how should we react accordingly.  It makes great impacts on my work as a consultant in building service industry.  Now, I can give sound advice to our colleagues and clients in more ways.  I am able to predict how the person thinks and reacts on my recommendation based on some psychological theories, which make him or her more likely to agree with my proposal.  This programme has broadened my way of thinking.  I have learnt the mindset of human being and behaviour which are much helpful for my work.

I had made the final decision to continue my studies in Hong Kong Raffles School of Continuing Education because the programme here is time- flexible and the programme fees are reasonable. I am sure the decision I made is right that the course has enhanced my management, analytical and organizational skills. I chose to study at University of Leicester – MBA distance learning because it ranks within top 20 among all UK universities, but it was neither too expensive, nor inconvenient.  It surely meets the needs of today's fast-paced changing business environment and the daily hastiness of life for most Hong Kong people.  I truly believe I received a better education than I would have with traditional classes.

While I love to attend classes and learn from professors and schoolmates, my training and competition schedule did not always allow that.
