Brian Tam
Fashion Design / Fashion Marketing Program Director

Mr. Brian Tam is the Program Director of Fashion Design Course as well as Fashion Marketing Course at Raffles International College Hong Kong.
Brian graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and further gained the Master Degree of Cultural Studies from the Hong Kong Lingnan University.
Before joining RHK, Brian held various fashion design posts in the fashion industry, and he has many years teaching in fashion design and fundamental design education fields as well. He worked in Hong Kong and the USA as Menswear Designer, Fashion Designer, Product Development Manager and Fashion Consultant. And also in Seoul, South Korea worked as Chief Designer and Design Director in charge of 3 fashion brands. He has been participating in various fashion shows and international exhibitions in the world.
Brian has more than 10 years solid experiences supervising design teams and product development for different fashion brands, developing their brand images and products and also providing design directions to design teams.

GiacomoJeff Wong
Fashion Design / Fashion Marketing Lecturer

GiacomoJeff Wong graduated with a Fashion Design Bachelor Degree Honours from the Nottingham Trent University. He also completed fashion design and marketing courses in Central Saint Martin College of Art & Design and London College of Fashion. Besides this he has a diploma in visual communication.
Mr. Wong has been devoted to the fashion and design industry for more than 10 years. He has solid experience in ladies’ wear fashionable retail brands & Italian premium brand, trend research, materials resourcing, and product development. In addition, he has done extensive work in fashion and textile design for several international renowned fashion brands and manufacturers.
Besides fashion design experience, Mr. Wong also ran an art and ceramics workshop at his studio in Wanchai and completed the Professional Full Set Fashion and Dramatic Makeup course in the Make Up For Ever college.
GiacomoJeff Wong has taught art and design courses since 2003. Before joining RHK, GiacomoJeff taught courses such as: Portfolio Preparation Workshop in Digital Fashion Design, Fashion Trends and Designs, Fashion and Colour, Modeling and Presentation Board Development. His interactive and approachable teaching style has aroused the interest and passion of his students towards the fashion industry.

Milly Leung

Milly has got her Masters degree in strategic fashion marketing at London College of Fashion of the University of the Arts London, she has over 10 years experiences as a specialist in branding, new concept designing, retailing, market segmenting, marketing communications, strategic marketing, consumer culture and lifestyle. She was a programme director, lecturer cum programme leader of fashion marketing programme in Raffles Design Institute in Shanghai which nurtures new talents and students from many provinces in China and international cities including Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Demark, Switzerland, Italy. She was also a design and marketing director of several international companies and she enjoys working in a multi-culture environment, she conducts R&D and collaborates creative business projects, seminars, fashion shows, events and exhibitions with experts from US, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, North America, Middle East, Korea and China, they are specialists in global corporations, international retailing, medical science, information and technologies developer, multi-media, finance, hotel and hospitality consultancy, architect, interior design, education, apparel and manufacturing, marketing and public relations, advertising, filming and TV broadcasts. Her initiatives and practices have resulted in increased awareness of winning marketing strategies which she would like to contribute in her career. Moreover, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in an independent research project for her advanced studies.

Alan Hau
Fashion Design / Fashion Marketing Lecturer

Mr. Alan Hau is a graduate of the Royal College of Art in the UK with a Master of Arts Degree in Fashion Menswear. An all round Creative, Branding Visual Communications, Supply Chain Management & Business Development leader with over a decade of solid experience in the Global Denim and Fashion industry.
These days Alan runs his own company facilitating & providing Virtual Interactive Sourcing Solutions for the retail sector, and has recently founded a new set up providing Visual Merchandising Solutions and training for private enterprises.
Alan has worked and collaborated with brands such as H&M, French Connection, Levis, Fred Perry, Alfred Dunhill, G2000, Blanc Bleu in Paris and other Far East Retail Groups.

Yan FONG
Fashion Design / Fashion Marketing Lecturer

Yan graduated with a Fashion and Textiles Design Bachelor Degree Second Class Honours Division 1 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (ITC) and studied Fashion and Art Major Dean List Honours in New York Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) .
Yan taught in Hong Kong Art School as a fashion tutor for 5 years in the subject of Fashion Design, Fashion Branding and Marketing, Fashion Graphic, Textile Design, 3D Draping..etc. She is a beloved teacher who transfers difficult theory or technique into simple concept for student’s easy understanding.
Yan has been working on various design projects in fashion design, collection development, trend forecasting, globe sourcing, computer graphic CAD design, design consultant, textile and print design for womenswear , menswear, kidswear, activewear, accessories for 10 years by now.
To experience the lifestyle and taste level of world-class fashion capital, she lived and worked in Paris for years and launch her high-end womenswear brand. Besides, to growth with the global economic and fast fashion cycle, she now travels extensively overseas globally.
